Three things we refuse to cut corners on.
The shell
Choux pastry baked under a thin cookie crust that crackles when you bite into it. Most cream puffs in town are soft. Ours are not, and never will be.
The filling
Custard made in our own kitchen from ingredients we can name: Musang King from Durian Pondok, matcha from Uji, real vanilla and real dairy. No additives, no colouring.
The timing
We fill every order shortly before your collection time, never the night before, so the shell is still crisp when it reaches you. It is also why we take orders ahead and cap each day.
Our story
Made in Kota Kinabalu.
Puffers began in April 2026 with a small table at Tanjung Aru. A few weeks later, KK found us, and it has not slowed down since.
We are a small local team. We bake for customers from Thursday to Saturday and spend the rest of the week in the kitchen, working on one thing: a better cream puff.

Choose
Pick your flavours and a collection time on the order page. Dates open ahead and close once they are full.

Pay
Scan the QR to pay by DuitNow, Touch 'n Go or bank transfer. Your order is confirmed as soon as payment is in.

Get your order status
Once you have paid, we send your own order status page on WhatsApp. Open it any time to see where your order is.

Make changes if you need to
Different time, more puffs, or delivery instead? Change it yourself from your order page until 10am on your collection day.

We message you the night before and again on the day, so there is nothing to remember.

Collect
Pick up from our kitchen in Taman Penampang with directions from your order page, have our rider deliver within Kota Kinabalu, or order your own Grab delivery.

- Saving some for later? Refrigerate them the same day and finish within 48 hours. Please don't leave them out overnight.
- Bring back the crunch. A few minutes in the air fryer or oven at 150°C usually crisps the shell again, while the custard stays cool.
FAQ
Good to know
Are your puffs halal?
They are Muslim-friendly. There is no pork in anything we make, and all of our equipment was bought new for Puffers.
Are they very sweet?
No. Most customers tell us the sweetness is just right. Each custard is balanced so the flavour comes through first, not the sugar.
Is there a minimum order?
Two pieces, in any mix of flavours.
When can I collect?
Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The order page shows every open date and time, and each day closes once it is full.
Do you deliver?
Yes, within Kota Kinabalu, by our own rider. The fee is based on distance and appears as soon as you drop your location pin. We don't ship outside KK.
Can I change my order after paying?
Yes. Your order link lets you change it yourself until 10am on your collection day.
What about allergens?
Our puffs contain egg, dairy and gluten. They contain no nuts and no soy.
Do you take event and corporate orders?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with your date and quantity, and we will work it out with you.
